Four month visit

Sam had his 4 month visit with the doc today, and yes he had a shots. He wasn't a his usual happy go lucky self after that. We found out he is officially 18 #'s and 15 oz. and 26.75 inches long. That's a healthy boy, he takes after his old man at his age.

He has had a bunch of firsts again since the last time I've written. He has been sick with a cold and he has had thrush. All that has been taken care of. He has been sitting up, enjoying the new vantage point, he even pulled himself up to a sitting position when he was slouching back on dad. We switched him to a bigger car seat, we both have been taking baths with him, new sounds, great vision. All in all we've been having a great time with him. Oh yeah he's doing little push ups and raising his head up to about 90 degrees. He has been reaching and grabbing stuff. We think he might have started the fun game of throwing toys on the floor and having mom/dad pick it up just to throw it again and again...

I feel like he is right on the verge of being aware present and interacting. We is rolling over like crazy, soon we'll have our hands full.
