Feb 28 = fun in the sun

Howdy folks,

Tam is on vacation and Mike took the day off to have a family day. Sam had some more shots this morning after keeping mom and dad up all night. Last night was possibly the worst night for sleeping we have ever had with Sam. No worries though, we had such nice time outside everyone forgot all about last night. (I can't wait to go to bed).

Our last storm (3') has consolidated nicely with warm temps and great solar gain over the last few days. The sap might even be running. It was laborious breaking trail in the 3' of fresh snow with our tow behind but well worth it for the rest of the season.

We skied, sat in the snow, played with snow, tasted snow, sledded and took a nice nap today.

You can tell by the big toothy grin on Sam's face he loves to zoom around the house on his popper car.

We asked for it....

Not only did we ask for Samuel to crawl, but for tons of snow. Yes, we have both, and he is about to walk. He is currently adjusting the radio station. He changes it to static then screams like a crazy man becuz he doesn't like it...

He is running behind Ava's popcorn popper that she has lent him. He is learning how to turn it to avoid obstacles.

How could I forget? He has slept through the night twice, once last night, once Tuesday night. I think the kids were enjoying me more at school ;)

Mike is working like a crazy man both at Chris and Hannah's and at organizing and growing his company. Oh, and trying to earn some turns. We miss him, and hope over this break he will join us for some family time. My plans are to chill with Sam, continue the 2 hour morning nap, hour plus afternoon nap and good eating, skiing and hanging with some other babies and moms.

Sam misses his aunties, uncles and grandmanana as we rarely see any of y'all. April is coming soon, though, auntie chell.
